Is there any fixed relationship between the offset flywheel bolt hole in the back of the crank and, say, #1 crank throw (ie. TDC)? Just wondering for future reference. Looked through all the Buick books and couldn't see anything.
I forgot to set the timing mark when the heads were off and am having to go the 'piston stop through spark plug hole' routine - that got me thinking - hence the above question. Incidentally I ordered the piston stop from Summit Racing at 10.30pm Monday night and the Fedex man was on my door step at 8.30am the next morning - wow - some service!
