i took off my maf pipe today to do some work on the car and noticed that there is some oil on the inside of the inlet bell going to the compressor wheel.
it doesnt seem like a lot. is this just a sign that i need new seals or something? the turbo has no shaft play.

If you still have the breather tube from the passenger side valve cover to the turbo it will do this as well. Replace it with one of the push-in breathers if you still have the stock stuff. If you don't have the stock stuff, chances are it's an inlet side seal as stated above.
