oil pickup and TQ strap

what are the signs of having a loose,clogged,etc oil pickup?? In installing a oil pressure gauge today, see where my PSI is at. Was told to pull the pan and check, do i have to jack up the engine?


2nd Where can i get a TQ HOME Depot? got any pics anyone??

The pan will come off without jacking up the engine.

A ratchet strap leads to broken parts and false knock. Replace the motor mounts with new oem mounts or a good poly mount.

Go with the stock oem mounts unless your engine is built or turbo is upgraded, and if you want to keep the engine from twisting and wearing the drivers side mount you can look in to an RJC Racing engine brace (99 bucks plus shipping), I have one on my car cause I kept tearing up the dvr's side motormount, too much fun launching the car, engine doesn't seem to twist up at all now, nice and still, easy install too, bolts right up no drilling.

The best and most expensive is poly motor mounts from HRPARTS n STUFF. These will lock down your motor and you will not ever have problems again. Around $230? Brad
