Old mpg computer, any one know how to work it?

This is on my grandpas old motorhome. Want to put it on my truck but have no idea how to work it. Does anyone know anything about it?

that's an old TSD unit like we used for rally driving. Interesting to see one of those after all these years. I remember them but it's been so long since I used one I couldn't tell you how to set it up, sorry.

TSD means Time Speed Distance and I hope that helps some.
