Once again I was being followed this evening. I saw a bunch of punks in a 90's carpice in the parking lot of a liquor store while I was at a red light. I discreetly paid attention since they were scoping my car. I noticed right away they were attempting to follow me once the light turned green. Didnt want them to know where I lived, so I circled and zig zagged around for a while and made sure they couldnt get too close to me. Then I waited for the perfect moment to ditch them.

Not sure what they wanted, maybe they just wanted to ask if the car was for sale, maybe their intentions were worse... They were pretty aggressive in their pursuit. On a positive note, maybe its good that we get followed once in a while because it keeps us on our toes and keeps us aware of the potential dangers of owning a TR.

Dont forget to watch your back and rearview, guys!

Watch out for them.

I just get followed by the police. If the Buick is out, the police always seem to be involved.

I've never been followed like that but a simple solution is to drive to your nearest police station and park there for a few minutes. :)

Jeez man. That's how people get a windowed chest....and I don't mean me.

Done that one before! I got out and invited them to come and join me, but they freaked and hauled azz.

Geeez, I know what you're saying. It's hard, but you almost have got to try and stay away from the nasty areas, ie; Hood, Liquor Stores, and areas where it get's seedy....

You guys are paranoid. I like the fact that you say it was punks in a Caprice. No big deal. We know what demographic you are referring too. I dont know about you but down here in the land of old people, there are a lot of really clean "boxes and bubbles" cruising around. Seems to me those would be easy pickings compared to some "white dude" driving a TR. I have a lot of cops coming into my work since the city bought a fleet of Impala cop cars. According to them the criminals aint taking cars parked in garages and carports. If you leave it out on the street or in the mall parking lot than it's going to get boosted. You dont think these punks are driving through your 'hood at 2:00AM doing some recon work? Better think again. And they are scoping out your ride at the race track and car shows too. If you cant secure your ride at night than you need a dog and some firepower. It's legal to shoot perps down here in FL. When the dog barks at night thats the signal for me to grab my good buddy Remmington and take a walk around the perimeter.;)

Ditto.

I haven't driven the GN in months and took it out to get fresh gas on Saturday. A cop followed me right up to the pumps. He sat there for a little bit, blocking the pumps for people that actually wanted to get gas. Eventually he got out and went into the convience store, but if that was the purpose of his visit he didn't have to pull up behind me.
