Online ads jumping under my cursor!

Is it only me or does this happen to you guys? It seems as if no matter where I go on the web anymore that an ad will end up under the cursor. The page will look one way and the format will suddenly change causing you to click on an ad that you didn't want to see.

happened to me a few times, not sure if the page finished loading before i clicked ?????

It happens to me for the last several days every time I boot up the computer and bring up MSN home page.
On mine it seems that when you reboot & bring up MSN home page you have to go direct to the site you want
without passing over any other icons. Mine has accidentally brought up Bing home page, the sports home page,
& the movie star/personality home page by me just accidentally dragging my cursor over an icon to get to another
site. Mine might be my refusal to go to Windows 10. I'm running Windows 8.5.

Yes.....the offer of "free windows 10" keeps popping up as well....I keep refusing it because for me nothing free has worked out too well.

I have to cop that I am pretty weak in computer use, but I could not do anything with Windows 10, so I went back to 8.5.
took about half a day to upload 10, & a couple of hours to reverse & go back to 8.5.
