he had no choice but to cancel it. "Shady" would have been agreeing to a price and then asking for more money. In this case - he pulled the offer because there was some miscommunication with the person he was selling it for. If he had offered it to you at the higher price the real seller demanded, you would come on here and shred him for that too.

Very bad form, "EVIL". You will get your money back.

After reading the conversations I think you own TB3 an appoligy for bringing this to the board. No reason for this drama. You just needed to be a little patient. You'll get your money back. The guy appoligized for the mixup and even offered to send you a poster for compensation for the confusion. His explaination about the refund from PayPal is true.

stop acting like you made a innocent thread about a "shady deal"!
you gave specific info who the deal was with. that for sale ad was less than 2 days old and I even put 110 shipped in the title. everybody here is gonna know who it was with. you baited them, and some of them took it. thats how i was called and told about this thread yesterday. you title a thread asking for opinions on that particular "shady dealing" right after I apologized, explained and issued full refund immiedietly. that's a dick move! unfortunetely, refund won't clear till PayPal gets money from bank. the next time I am with my laptop, I will post a screen shot of my account page to show when I issued refund.

Chill out everyone... He asked me about it, I told him to post up if he wanted too... He choose too... IMO the excuse did sound shady, true or not.... As one of the first post mentioned I would have bet someone PM'd him a better price...

This is what this forum is for... If anything TB3 looks better now, as said chit happens....

As long as he gets 100% of his money back it is over, either of the two main players in this can let any admin know if you would like to post in this thread again....
