I have a two ton folding leg one that is looks identical to the one that Greg Smith sells. To pull the engine from my GN, I had to remove the front bumper.

That is so stupid.. Chinese can't even copy good stuff .
 
i've got a 2 ton folding picker that i got from Northern Tool about 10 years ago. it's big enough to get an engine and trans out of a 74 Monte Carlo from the front without taking the bumper off.. paid $200 for it.
i once lifted the front of that Monte Carlo a foot off the ground with the boom all the way extended just because i wanted to prove to myself that that the $7 carb lift plate that i had bolted to the aluminum intake was strong enough.. it was.. i should have taken a few pics of that..

well at 90 years old I know how to get everything disconnected. :p
