Opinions on Grudge Race

Guy at work has a late model camaro, pretty sure its a 70.
It has a 350/360HP. Only mods are cam, headers and fiberglass hood.

Says it will beat me it a race. My car has the mods in my sig.
Ive run a best of 12.8x at 20lbs of boost, 19/17*.

I have since added alky, upped boost to 23 and timing to 21/19*.

What do you guys think ?
