Optimal Oil Temp for Stg II Motors

Curious what the general consensus is on engine oil operating temp ranges for the Stg II motor. What temp range is optimal ? My motor is mostly street driven.

Thoughts ?

180-200 degrees depending on ambient conditions and coolant temps driving in city traffic.
