Out of things to try. Suggestions?

Problem: When veh is accelerating from a dead stop I get 19.9 deg of ret. for @ 2 sec. then timing is returned as fast a the comp allows through run third gear no knock. It is always 19.9 with a 20 deg chip. Spinning the tires makes it knock longer but it still goes away. Veh also has same issue when crusing and accelerator is punched. Veh does not exhibit issue when slowly launching or getting in the throttle slowly at speed. Sensors appear to be performing perform ok. Rich running at wot. No dropouts of any kind. I am just out of ideas. This issue has been with the car through two engine combos two injector sets three chips two converters and I am just flat out runnin' out of ideas. Very constant, repeatable problem that I can't shake.
I thank anyone for any ideas I am really losing faith fast.

I would check for some kind of interference. Pipe touching the frame under hard launch, poor Motor mounts causing too much movement. Cams have been known to set off the cam sensor. I have also personally experienced knck from being too rich. Go figure. You might want to look at these things. To start try this. Get a slightly more relaxed street chip, put in some 104 to 110 race fuel. Lower boost to say 17 or so. Now try to recreate the problem. If you do then you can safely bet that you are getting flase knock. Need to start looking somewhere else. Hope this helps.
