Job Requirements:
• Self-starter with a high level of maturity, enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multi-task. Requires strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively with minimum direct supervision.
• PC literate, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet knowledge.
• Acquire a complete understanding of high performance & race turbochargers, intercoolers, fuel systems and engine management systems.
• Requires a disciplined, process orientation to taking orders and providing quotes over the phone with a high energy level and a "can-do" attitude.
• Answer questions from customers relating to orders, shipping, errors / returns. Input orders / information into company’s computer system.
• Protect the company’s assets from fraud.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills. Interface and support customers and fellow employees in other departments.
• Attend & participate in sales meetings, trade shows and race events outside of regular business hours as required.
• Meeting deadlines, following through and turning negative situations into positives.
Precision Turbo offers compensation & benefits package which includes salary, commission & bonus dependent on experience. Guaranteed income during training period.
