How much would be a ball park price to strip and repaint my GN. I plan on getting some prices, and would like to know what evryone else is paying?

Id fluff and buff it unless your going to go with a show quality paint job.

If you could find a friend who does quality paint jobs, your looking at least a few thousand bucks to make it right.

As for maaco, if the prep work is done right and everything is removed, they do a pretty good job. Weve had a few done here at maaco and they turned out great if the painter has been doing it long enough.

Like i said, its all in the prep work.

$2,500-4500 will get you a nice paint job here. Im sure every state has different prices.

I figured I could pull all the trim of and the bumpers then have the car media blasted or I would chemical strip it if I had a little extra time. That way it would save a little bit on the bodyshop bill

I agree, Single stage black looks more "Black" than base/clear, IMO.
