Thanks for all the interest guys. I truly do not want to part it out, and would rather sell it as a roller. However, price is going to be the object. With my current project, I need to remove all the performance parts from the turbo/exhaust to the plenum to the ECU to the Intercooler, so I could leave the motor in there from the intake manifold down, minus the headers of course if I had the right buyer. I figured unless there is someone looking for a roller with most of these things, I'd be better off parting it out. But enlighten me. I have actually had 3 people inquire about a roller, so if the price is good, I may sell it that way. As far as the body, the paint is decent minus a few scratches here and there. The doors appear to have been worked at one point in time. And the rest is pretty decent. The only serious rust issue I found on the car as I worked on it was a small rust hole on the drivers side rear floor. I truly do not know how to describe it until one could actually see for themselves.
A friend has advised me to return it to stock and then sell it as a running GN, but time is against me, so I am not sure if I am going to go that route yet but we shall see how everything pans out, and what the interest is.

I will say though to everyone. PLEASE be patient with me, since I listed this, I have literally almost had 100 pms/emails already and I am trying to get back to everyone in a timely manner as well as move into my new home. So bear with me.

cars too clean whats so bad about this car?

I wanted an 87GN and also to make somewhat "legal" to take to the track and will be starting from scratch with a fresh motor/trans. I want to do things differently and I basically am changing my mind on things. Being that I would need to transfer some parts from this car to the new one, I thought it would be best to part it out unless someone wanted a decent shape roller. Nothing bad about the car at all. Theres nothing bad about a GN. :)

It's your car but I think it should not be parted out. Someday people are going to regret cutting some of these cars up. I know because I chopped up a few Mopars back in the eighties that were salvageable but they were a dime a dozen. Now they would be worth big $.

I really do not need to chop it up, but I need to remove all of the performance parts to swap to my new project. So I figured it might be easier to sell the car for parts then to find someone who wants a roller with an engine that has no headers, intercooler, plenum, intake, downpipe, exhaust etc. However I may reconsider as I have had numerous requests for the roller. I technicall could leave the motor and trans in it, just the motor would be only in there from the intake manifold to the oil pan, nothing else.

To everyone interested,

Those pictures are old. I forgot to mention that the front air dam was removed. I had the front bumper strips removed and welded shut and then the smooth bolts to hold the bumper support in painted black for that stock car look. The grill was returned to an 86 GN Grill. The doors were in the process of converting to crank windows, so I still have the original panels, but there are cranks in the doors now with no handles. I never finished the conversion. I still do have the motors and everything though. The car needs a headliner. And also as I said, the only major rust area appears to be the drivers side rear floor pan with a small rust hole about half the size of a fist. I attempted to remove the rear tint with no success, so it will take some patience. Anything else, feel free to ask.

Ok, I have had MUCH interest since I mentioned selling it as a roller so let me list what is on the car that will stay with the car should I decide to sell it outright.

Thank you all for your patience. I am currently at a hospital as my wife got a case of appendicitis (I think thats how you spell it:biggrin: ) and she is in surgery having her appendix removed as I type here. I have not been able to get back to any of you as of yet. To make it easier for me, please email me at Scott4DMny@aol.com with possibly a phone number and what you are interested in and I will try to get back to you all in a timely manner. Please be advised that local candidates for the vehicle will be given first choice unless you can make it in a timely manner. It appears that I have gotten numerous replies on the roller, so it appears that may be the direction I go with selling it. If you do email me about the roller, please advise to me if you want or do not want the engine and transmission with the car. Of course I will ask for more with the engine and trans. Also, please feel free to make me offers. I have gotten lots of interest, yet no offers have been thrown. I do not want to turn it into an ebay auction, but I need to know where I stand on how much you guys are willing to pay for what (engine or no engine). Thanks again guys for your patience!

If you part it I'm interested in the Front/Rear Eibach Springs and Front Shocks.
