Reason, the block has a crack. I am not happy to find out, and going to take more time and money than I care to spent on the car at this time. If I'm not going to do it right, I'd rather not do it at all. Sorry guys...

GOOD........ hate seeing someone sell one of there projects. You could build 3 "low buck" grenade motors like I have, still running the first motor and I am into all 3 motors for under 3500

Where is it cracked? How did you find it?

I had 15psi of oil pressure when I used to have 22-25. Yanked it pulled the pan and then found the center mains in bad shape. I looked real close at where the studs went in and saw a faint crack about 11mm long. Pays to have four eyes...:biggrin:
