im sure its been posted before but i dont care! you should not be allowed to post a " i need help" and not eventually post up what the trouble was. ive been doing searches on a few things and have read and learned by the responses given by the knowledgable people on this sight only to be left hanging by the original poster when they dont report what they found. atleast come back to say
1. ive learned to live with the problem
2. i found it and it was........
3. i sold the damn thing

if found guilty of said charges a monte carlo emblem will be placed at the appropriate location at the rear of the car and all applicable buick badges removed for a period not to exceed one month:eek:

I feel for you, brother. I think that's why there are so many threads on the same topics. Rarely do I see a solution to an unusual problem.

You could always give the CarTalk guys a call..

There should be a resolved section. Once troubles are resolved they should be moved to it. I'm tempted to bring back from the dead posts going back as far as 2006 cuz the poster just stopped and never reported back. Haha

I try to post/ type when I get a resolution on my car to a help request topic/ thread . I know that info may benefit some down the line who may have a similar issue and IF they use the search function. I am savvy enough to know that not everyone will follow suit though....

I agree with you here, but...

This is the problem.

Also, I think that if we had a "resolved problem" thread, it too would get bogged down. It's a double edged sword. I just wish that people would follow up on threads that they themselves started, even if it's just to say F-it, I found no solution. I've brought up year old threads that I've started to ask more advice on; my results have been positive.

Dude, this thread is over an hour old.

No one replies on threads this old.
