Please Help With Back Fire

Please hepl with backfire,car runs fine when cold,after driving and usually after you stop and let set for 10 to 15 min then driving again the car will start to backfire and stumbble and act like it is missing on two or more cyl,does not do it at full throttle.
When this happens the car will backfire through the exhaust and sometimes through the intake,car will die and when trying to restart it will turn over fine 5 or 6 times then act like someone turned up the timing and the car stops cranking let off key and try again same thing car will finally start and miss and backfire if I pump the throttle I can get it to run above 2500 rpm it will take off and rev fine.
All of a sudden the car is fine and drives great,my or may not happen again.problem just happened all at once.
I have replaced the module and coil pack,cam sensor cap,crank sensor,plugs and fuel filter,maf sensor and have set cam sensor fuel pressure is 20lbs at idle new fuel pump on the way, car has run better with every part but the problem is still there might take 30 mins or 2hours of driving but allways happens and only when part throttle or at idle and all ways backfires and not just little backfires very very loud ones cops came today thought there was a shoot out any help please.

Fuel pressure twenty pounds at idle? that's like HALF of what you need. With the line off, you should be at more like 42-45 PSI fuel pressure depending on your chip/injectors. also may be worth checking out your plug wires once you fix that.

I fixed rod87gn car today.It was the balancer bolt had come lose and letting the balancer move out.He had done the fuel pump and hot wire kit.Now the car runs good!
This is something to check if your car starts to backfire throw the exhaust and act like it is out of time!
