Polarized sunglasses

Has anyone worn their polarized lens sunglasses while driving their TR?

I've been thinking of getting some, but scared that they will not help me when looking at the scanmaster when the sun is blazing on it

I dont want to get them and then find out that the lens blocks out the scanmaster especially when I wear them while racing.

Anyone??

Your windows will have pink and green horizontal stripes when you look out. Beyond that they do cut glare. For me, they also cut clarity.

I can see fine with my polarized clipons. Just used them today in my GN on the way to dinner. Saw the SM fine.

I wear polarized sunglasses all the time due to working on the water. No problems seeing SM numbers.

Don't see the point of sunglasses that aren't polorized! They are a must have down here. LCD displays can look screwy when wearing them though.

I wear my polarized all the time also. Don't affect the SM much, but they pretty much kill the lcd screen on the laptop when there's ANY sun shining.
