Polished Concrete Floors

Thought I would share a short video of what we do at my work. We manufacture and sell machines for grinding and polishing concrete floors, as well as marble, granite, and terrazzo. Something pretty neat that a lot of people don't know about or even notice.

When I worked at Carmax they were starting to do that in all the new stores.It looks real nice

that's all well and good until you walk on that floor on a day when the floor is at 0 degrees and you walk on it after walking thru snow..

I don't mind doing that in my garage.....but then again these Buicks are not potty trained so they will piss oil and crap every where!

I hate polished concrete. It's nice looking but if your feet are wet or liquid gets on it watch out. Your feet will come out from under you in a heart beat.

Concrete business is unreal. Some buddies of mine were in the floor coatings business and they took me to the world of concrete show in Vegas. All I can say is WOW!

It is actually really good for repelling leaks as long as you get to them in a decent amount of time. I can't wait until I'm there long enough (only 6 weeks so far) to see if I can try one out in my garage... of course that would require the Buick to be off of jackstands and have somewhere close to store all my crap for a few nights.

Yeah I keep hearing stories from people that it gets pretty crazy out there for WOC! Maybe one of these times I'll get to go with.

i remember years ago in basic training we had a polished concrete floor they had us wax it one a week that thing was like ice when waxed up.
