ported elbow with large puck

I need a ported elbow with larger puck. The waste gate hole is 1 1/4". I will most likely need a puck that is 1 1/4" in diameter.

Anyone?

Still looking for a ported elbow. The wasted gate hole is 1.25"
Puck needs to be slightly bigger 1.33 - 1.35"
