The benefit of CNC porting is once you have a good CNC program all the ports are closer to equal to one another. Some people do hand port them after a CNC port just to smooth them out some but if the program is correct this shouldn't be needed. A good hand porter can usually get more out of a pair of heads than using a general CNC program. I've seen VPE's heads and they are nice but i think mine are just as good without a doubt. I only charge $75 for a core i think he charges $150 so that makes up for the price difference. Thanks,Frank
