Poston Header External Gate and 4-bolt Conversion

Howdy,

Who does such a thing? I've got a pair of Deltagate MkII's I'd like to use since I'm going for a rather large and internal wastegateless turbo such as a GT40R or GT42R which are also 4-bolt turbos.
