power antenna not working

Long story short I ran a power wire through the antenna grommet. My antenna always worked before. I can hear a relay clicking inside the dash every time it is commanded to go up and down. Does anyone have an idea where I need to start to diagnose it? Is it possible it is just a bad relay or is it something else since I can hear the clicking in the dash?

For having a 10 inch sony xplod in a bandpass that I bought for 20 bucks and only 125rms/200 watt amp is sounds alright. Of course the box has to be a half inch too tall to fit up on the deck
