Power Logger Requirements?

how are you trying to "open" the file, and where are you saving it to?

you can't double click the logfiles, you need to go to the F3 tab, hit load, and select the file. You can also drag/drop the logfiles onto the open PowerLogger program

TurboBob, Ok I tried to save (3) runs today and again my file will not open? Could it be my laptop? Please see photos of my logs and let me what it is Im doing wrong. Thanks

start the PLC program.

hit F3 , L , then navigate to the logfile. click open.

Thanks, I will try this tomorrow afternoon. I noticed that the PL driver is not found under my devices anymore and was wondering if this has anything to do with it? The reason I ask is because when I downloaded the disc the first time my computer showed the PL under new devices. Note: the PLC works great when it's hooked up, but I just wish that I could figure out how to open my files so that I can review my logs and make adjustments as needed.
