Powermaster Brake Unit

Powermaster looks to be in good original condition. I was told by a Buick technician that it was not operational. It has sitting in a climate contolled basement for sometime. I was told by fellow members that the unit not being used would deteriate some internal parts. It's an original unit that will need to be rebuilt.
