Powermaster parts test

So I have a Powermaster setup that I removed from my car. The brake light was staying on and the motor was running. I put Vac. brakes on. Is there a way I can test the individual components to see what needs to be repaired or what is good ?
I think the main issue was the master cylinder sat so long the seals dried up, but I want to check the rest. The Accumalator I know is fine.

I should have said; Is there a way to test them off the car?

I wouldn't.
You can swap out parts on a known good unit to test each one individually.
