powerstroke I/C avaliability ?

i will be interested in buying an aluminum end tank PS I/C hopefully soon. i see they come up in the for sale room now & then, but i think i may have a hard time getting to one before someone else does. how hard are they to get from the dealer ? and what year do i ask for if i call them to get one ? price(w w/o independent repair shop discount ) ? i want a NEW one.
what is the in/out size of it ?

They're $250.00 new, I found a used one in great shape at a local auto salvage here in Tampa for $175.00. Don't have the measurements though. - BB
