Precision Gen 2 6266 CEA Billet Ball Bearing .63 A/R S-Cover 500 miles

Purchased new and only used for 500 miles, spools really quick, turbo still presents as nearly brand new. Ships in original Precision boxes. Stepping into a larger turbo/convertor combo is the reason for sale.

$1500 shipped

Thanks
Byron

Byron's a good friend of mine and I can vouch for anything this guy sells as all of his parts are like new and many of them are super low mile pieces. Good luck By.

That one looks better than the one I paid $1800 for.

Great deal for someone!

Byron, how large a hole did you hog out for that waste gate opening?

From Precision it was .900"... I opened it up to around 1.0" or 1.125" max... Id have to mic it to confirm. With this hot sides and an RJC big puck the hole was opened towards the inductor wheel to stay more centered with the puck if that makes sense. I also didn't remove too much other material inside making this a pretty virgin hotside.
Thanks
Byron

Yup, makes perfect sense to me.
On my baby DBB5857SP Precision turbo I had the same issue with my hole not being centred with the puck on my THDP.
Had a buddy at a machine shop enlarge the hole slightly by machining it centred to puck on a bridgeport machine. We also radiuses the hole on the inside leading edge of the housing. These modifications took care of the over boosting and spiking that I was experiencing.

Just to inform you guys about that shit. ALL you have to do is tap that puck shaft around a little and Bingo!! You got it?

LOL, thanks for the tip Mike!
Little late for me now, but will keep that in mind should I ever run into this again. :)

I"ve got a precision 6765 billet, journal, ported. interested in a possible swap? Mine has about a thousand miles on it.

Sorry, as Ive already ordered my new one- 6466 DBB, S with a .85A/R. If you're looking for more spool this would be the turbo for you.
