Just changed the fluid in the KTF . While I was under there I shortened the Sonnax TV plunger spring a tad , did the 700 filter , and blocked the line bias valve . The filter and line bias thing was maybe not necessary but , what the heck .
Hooked the gauge up , got it warm , loosened the tab ( universal cable ) let the pressure go down as far as it would go , raised it back up to 5 lbs and locked it down . Drove it around . Not much difference in the way it shifts . Shifts ok but still a little late on the 1-2 shift .
Some sources say just raise it up 2 lbs and no more . My gauge reads in 5 lb incriments . kinda hard to see. Am I missing something ?
