Hmmm, this is starting to bother me. Looking at http://www.gnttype.org/maint/malf.html shows me how easy it is to check engine codes, just using the SES light. After some spring cleaning, I had my car running 15 psi of boost, no problem. No lag, no spikes, it worked great. The other day the SES light was on and I was only boosting to 11 psi (jumping up a little between shifts). So I shut down, turned the key back to "on", and jumped the cable. The light just stayed on. Tried again and waited a while before jumping. Still nothing. Has anybody had this problem and fixed it? Should I just manually clear the codes and see if that "fixes" it? Thanks!

BTW I am getting Turbolink SOON, so hopefully this won't be a problem for very long.

Are you putting a paper clip between the two top right hand side terminals on the aldl connector and then turning the key to on?

jump after "ON"

Thanks Steve, that's one thing I forgot to mention. Just recently I did it exactly how it was stated on that link. Turned key to on and then jumped it. Should I try jumping it first??
Yes, I am using the connections on the upper right, although I couldn't really read the lettering on them. The letters on the lower terminal go from "G" to "L" I believe, from right to left. Arrgh, I need Turbolink!

It doesn't matter if you jump it while the key is in the off or "on" position. If your connection is funky, it's actually easier to jump it when it's on so you jiggle the connection until you have the clip in there perfectly.
