problem with fast bank to bank

the problem i am haveing is the car wont start at all i have spark and fuel the last time i started the car was a year ago and it started fine but know nothing the setup i have is a small block chevy twin turbo have the fast bank to bank setup if there is anyone one in the chicago area that can look at the car to see why it wont fire over orif someone can give me any addvise that would be great thanks dave
