Problems starting motor

When the motor is cold it dies right away or idles at 500rpm, fighting to stay alive. Then after I run the car for a while, shut it off, come back 20 min later I have to crank the motor atleast 20sec before it will start? I have played with coolant temp enrichment, but that is about it. Any tips

What are your cranking injector MS numbers? It's a good bet that you are probably putting too little or too much fuel in. What size injectors do you have?
