I'm looking for most likely a turbo that is the next logical step bigger than a TE44 and want to get a matching convertor, probably a TE60.
I'm thinking a 3200 stall with l/u since it will be driven on the street as much as the strip.

What I don't know is what size, is the 9X11 the right size for street strip or should I get a 10 or 11"??

The Vigilante single disc l/u doesn't seem to like WOT l/u so I'm opting for the 5-disc if I get a Vigilante at all, some don't like the harsh l/u on the street. I think the PTS Xtreme would be a nice fit, but does the Billet line have l/u, one post from several years ago said no.

Yes Rob, it can be built both ways. The 9X11 has fantastic street manners and will lock hard under load. If you have any questions give us a call. Mark
