I'm about to powder coat the manifold and the old grommet is brittle enough it may break taking it out.

I assume you want to know where to get a new one.
Hit up teh help section or the pcv valve section and there is one that works. Dont have a part # tho.
Your blinging that sucker out dude

That was easy enough.

Not so much bling as a little cleanup. I've got 2 lbs of bare metal clear (a nice satin clear) for the intake, doghouse and front cover. Here was a test shot on an old valve cover, bad picture but you get the idea.

All of the brackets, oil pan get satin black. The block gets satin ceramic clear.

Alan we went thru several of the help units. I'll test fit which one worked. Shoot me an e-mail & I'll get you a part Number bud.

You are looking for the PCV grommet in the intake correct? See the part number below.

grommet, PCV 1381487 Laura Buick Available 5/20/2009 $ 2.75 original GM

I just bought one last May 20, 2009. I think it's still available from the dealer.

Hope this helps, Craig

The correct one is long gone from gm....no aftermarket fit correctly I am aware of and we do have the exact repro available made by Richard Clark.....if you are not familar with that name I can assure you it is dead on exact.....

Not sure of our part number but you can contact our office kirbanperformance.com

I am not sure what other companies buy it from us but I am sure some do...not a huge seller but its an item when you need it you need it...

Get it in the help section at the parts store. I have bought 3 of them and they worked fine.

Bweavy, I'm curious as to which P/N you found that works best? I need to get another one here pretty soon.

Found one. I put the intake in the oven yesterday to bake out the oil prior to coating.

Got news for you folks....that GM replacement number is not going to do the trick. There is a reason why someone with the largest turbo regal collection in the world went to the trouble of producing the correct PCV grommet for the turbo regals.

Certainily not based on making big money but to provide owners with the proper part.

I can't member rite off what the differences are but something is not exactly correct inthe GM replacement one.
