I just got my car back from the shop and they installed this chip. Now, the bottom turbo light goes on almost as soon as i hit the gas and the top light goes on soon after. I checked the boards to see if anyone else mentioned this and searched online for info but couldn't find any. I'm guessing it's lighting up when it shifts gears but wanted to confirm it here.

Do you have a digital dash? (Im thinking those are the lights you are talking about) and if they are, those have nothing to do with shifting. they are for boost pressure. If you went from a stock chip to a performance chip then you are probably getting into boost faster and thats why you see those lights sooner. From the factory those lights come on with minimal boost anyway ... I think like 7 or 12 lbs or something like that. they are worthless. just for looks . i guess. Just my opinion.
