question for turboBOB

I have a new Extreme chip that was cut for 55's. The paper that was received with chip says: To be used with Translator version 6 and up. However I have a Translator Plus cfg. 4.1 marked on the box. Will this work OK BOB or do I need to update the box to match the chip? Thanks in advance...

The extreme has more features than the regular extenders, so keeping the extreme might be better.
