Today I noticed that under constant throttle, my CC's were jumping in 25 - 40 intervals. From what I've read here, normal is about 10 - 20. Is this a bad sign of anything? Also, when I would get on the gas, then come off, from the time I lifted unti labout 4 or 5 seconds later, the CC's did not change. Odd?

Idle is 10-20 per frame on an aldl scan tool, cruising at 65 mph 20-40 is normal. More is better, assuming the max is over say 800 every so often, and the min is under 100 to show good range on the sensor. When you lift off the gas a little the ecm goes into DE mode, decleration enleanment, where it pulls about 10% of the fuel out for better emissions and mileage. When you lift off a lot the ecm goes into DFCO, decel fuel cut off mode, which cuts fuel off completely until you get back down to almost stopped and/or under about 2000 rpm (too lazy to look up the exact values but you get the idea). In de the o2s will drop to under 200 or so, and in dfco they will go to 0-100, so you won't get any cross counts then.
