quick questions on this combo

i am doing an engine build up with these parts:
gn1 heads(lightly cleaned up ports)
stock turbo trans am pistons(unless i sell them, then j/e or trw)
84/85 shim head gaskets(to compensate for tta pistons)
studs and billet main caps
204/214 sp cam
td 1.65 roller rockers
lightly cleaned up stock intake
jj 62/65 t body and matche plenum
race jace power plate
pte stealth turbo
mj 19 row intercooler(also have cas v4 i can use)
th dp and cutout
hot wired 340(may build up my own double pumper)
9" 3400 converter
built trans
my questions are :
what size injecters 55,65 or 72?(i have 009's and a 7th)
chip combo? (extender/translater?
my goal is 500hp and 600ftlbs tq, (with less than 20 psi boost) is this a realistic goal?
i am hoping i should have enough to go high tens if i coose to (on slicks)
 
I think the goals kind of realistic. May need a little more boost than 20. Should be easy tens on fuel and 24#'s of boost.
Why build such a stout combo and not plan on running over 20#'s of boost? I bet you are worried about the crank coming out the bottom. The key to keeping it together is not detonating it.
I would opt for the 83's. That way you don't have to buy again. I have 55's and wish I would have gone with 83's. Maybe I'll keep the 55's though because I do have a stock shortblock (no steel caps, studs, girdle).
As for the chip, I would buy a Max Effort, another thing I wish I wouls have done. After spending all the money on chips I would have been better off getting the ME. HTH

aren't the 83's a little tough to get to idle? how complicted is the maxeffort to install/use? i will use the car on the street as well(not a driver , i have another for that)
