Im looking for the the torque spec for the spindle nut i think i remeber reading but cant find it again its 12 ft. lbs then spin the rotor a few times so the bearings seat ? hopefully i was on somewhat of the right track

thanks for the help

Anyone know how far to tighten the castle nut(torque)? ready to put the rotors on and never did brakes like this any help is appreciated

The best way to tighten the spindle nut is to crank down on it, spin the rotor, it will be hard, then back the nut off and retighten it very lightly. At this point the rotor should spin freely. All this does is to allow the grease to be squeezed out of the bearings to the point that you have minimal clearance between the bearings and the races.
