WOW! I couldn't believe this!! But, Racetronix refuses to offer any support for any of their products with regards to Turbo Buick? What happened here? Does anybody know why? In that, I know a while back there were many folks singing their praises! So not sure what happened and it's not like I was asking for much as I was merely attempting to find a little better instructions for their Teflon Fuel Line Install. Actually I was really hoping to just join their forum to read about (and hopefully down load some slightly better instructions off their website). Anyways, I've never have a problem with their products at all. It is just that their response really blew my mind! This is exactly what they said:

"DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL!

All the best,

i cant blame jack ..do a search for his last posts

Oh man, please don't tell me that, huh??? What was this another one of those total insanity kind of deals again??? If that is the case, then, we really can't afford to keep running off good vendors like that!!

Wasn't there a board member here really good friends with him? If so any chance of redemption? How can we fix this? As I've never had an issue with any of their products or service for that matter either! In that, they have always shipped right away with no issues whatsoever! Kind of bummed about this one..

Thanks!!

The whole thing was over their prefered method of communication for support which was electronic through their website / forum and perhaps email. Really sucks because thats the method of communication I prefer and some people told him he shouldn't sell products if he wasn't going to answer the phone. He took their suggestion unfortunately.

WOW!!! Are you serious? Then that sucks even more as that's my preferred method to, that way I can keep track of everything. Ghee whizz!

Anyone know the board member who was pals with one of the Racetronix guys? As I remember seeing his posts a year or so ago about help he was getting from them, etc! And he had a really smoking hawt looking White T-Type? (I know lust is a sin and I'm guilty as charged with that car)! However, I just wondered if we can't find a way to fix this??

I mean they could support those of us who don't mind their methods at all! **No offense to those who don't want to, it's just that I for one would love that type of support!!**

full throttle speed can help and answer all your questions.

By the way, your avatar caught the attention of my wife the other night!! IN that, I was reading an E85 thread that you had posted in and she goes who is that????

Rickey you got some splaining to do!!!!

Just kidding it was pretty funny though having to explain it to her!! <<At least I thought it was anyways!!>>

yeaup good products HORRIBLE SUPORT AFTER THE SALE.
Even the vendors can't get help from them.

Wow! Bazaar deal there! That's even more perplexing! I really do like their products too.

Join their forum and ask your question. Worked for me in the past. There is a thread on their site for the teflon line install. Somewhat helpful but each install is different. I made my kit up before they came out with theirs. I ran mine differntly just because it was how it looked easiest for me. Others have gone about it differently. Doesn't mean one is better than the other.

You cannot join their forum. They will not approve your application. The threads are not viewable unless your a member which they wont allow. I've tried twice and its never been approved by an admin.

It requires you to list the part purchased, vendor, and invoice number.

If you do a search, I have a thread on how I ran my lines. Not saying my way is better, just how I figured it out.

Thanks pronto, the forum search function is very hit or miss these days. Did a "fuel line search" the other day and only got like four hits. The next day, 140 or so? Weird!!

The Racetronix product support is up to the vendor that you purchased from. That's the agreement we have with them in order to sell their products.
