ok I just got the car back with the new motor parts and my SM is reading an O2 of around 400 at idle after its warmed up and when Im cruising down the road it reads as low as 015. That seems really unsafe, Im running about 17 lbs of boost but Im still taking it easy on the new motor until its broke in. Where do I start to solve my a/f problem? all the other readings seem normal.....

Probably a bad O2 or bad O2 ground. Check the grounds located near the back of the passenger head. If good then replace the O2 sensor.

I will check the grounds, i looked at it today without any tools and they seemed tight. Eric, do I need to reburn my chip for the new setup or should it be ok?

Is it possible to be running that lean? I get KR of 5 or 6 while boosting at 17lbs and my o2 mv steadily drop tp practically nothing before I let off

As far as idle and cruising, you engine mods don't matter because the MAF will see the different airflow. At WOT, engine mods will make a difference. You would have to email me your info so I know what you had before.

Does the fuel pressure follow the O2 readings??

I had a defective O2 sensor. I picked a new one up at the parts store and it made all the difference. The sensor must have been no good, it was brand new (purple wire one). Hopefully the Bosch will hold up, I think I might go ahead and get a heated one just to feel better about it. Maybe now I can finally do some tuning, or better yet, just drive it around!!!
