Rebuilt Powermaster install hints

All-

I had to replace the powermaster in my car and unfortunately the only one available was a rebuild from kirban's. The accumulator ball is bigger than the stock, that being said, I cannot get a socket to tighten the nut.

Anyone have any hints to tighten this nut?

If you are talking about the nut on the firewall, remove the ball ...

Without fluid in it from the system pressurizing it you are fine.
When the system is functional you can pump the pedal 10 times slowly with the key off to De pressurize the ball to remove it.
