Red Armstrong no longer making spark plug wires?

Hi,

I just wanted to confirm this?

I just called 440-235-3232 and asked for TTA plug wires and the lady (wife) said they no longer make them. I had called maybe a month ago and they had them stocked and ready.

Whats going on here?

TTA wires are shorter. And require special boots if it has an aftermarket DP.

I sold a new set of magnecores a few months ago for 20 bucks on ebay.

you can get a set of magna core wires threw magna core set up for the tta online.they also have the 90degree boots to clear the down pipe installed on the two.if i remember correctly they are not to bad on price.

Russ Merritt for wires hands down. First of all they are black and look like they actually belong on the car, they fit exceptionally well, are numbered (if you order them that way), and they will not pull apart like other crap mentioned in the original post. Ive removed mine and re-installed them at least 10 times with zero problems.

Forgive me for asking, but aren't the 'russ merrit' wires just MSD super conductors? Why would someone want to pay $105 for a set of MSD's they can buy for $40-60 less? I don't get it. Not trying to stir trouble, but I'm sure confused on this one.

As for the Thundervolts, again, I highly suggest them. I personally think they are a better wire than MSD's or any other wire out there, pre-cut, and the price is right.

We used to carry reds wires and we can no longer get them. Bene proabbly a year now.

If you are looking for custom fit grey wires that come close to matching originals we have them. They are the proper lengths.

Source that makes them for us makes wires for several nascar teams and also does Callaway wires for the C6 Corvettes.....

Just another option if you want to stay with wires that look close to original.

Russ built wires for my TTA. I think he used Grumpy's car as a model.

Fit perfect. He built them for the THDP too. Worth every penny. :biggrin:
