Do you think they would answer that question with a "Yes we do and here is what we do to it."
Why do his pumps flow more than all other 255lph pumps?

1. They would NOT deny a business relationship nor would they cater to a small volume customer.
2. They DO NOT outflow ALL other 255LPH pumps.

Really, that's your answer. They just wouldn't. Explain why they wouldn't. Are they sharing all the details of their business dealings with you, with others? How many pumps does Red purchase from TI ?

Which 255s flow the same or better than Red's? Please provide us with the flow numbers of both pumps.

Here comes the conspiracy theories ...
Why don't you get Red to prove that TI makes them specially for him? Would that not be easier than calling TI, Racetronix and FTR liars?
Cut open a XP pump and show pictures of the different components on this forum.
Have an independent test done on a modified Walbro GSS294M or GSS340M pump and a XP pump.

At the end of the day who really cares. If you want best bang for your buck get a RXP340M, F90000267 or F90000262 on a Racetronix hanger.

I sold Walbro pumps when other vendors including Red were selling Delco and calling Walbro junk.
Then Red decided it would be a good idea to sell junk, just as it came from Walbro.
When you tested the flow of his XP against the pumps Walbro was providing you with, what did you find?
What prompted you to ask Walbro about Red?

Haven't you done this Yet? Others have. Red's out flowed them all. If this is true and we know the pump can't be modified after assembly, the question is when are they modified. This is what the OP is asking.

Those same people don't respond well when you use their words against them.

This has been done so many times. Asking someone to do it again implies that you don't believe the results of these past comparisons.
This thread was started to find out how Red's pumps are produced. One of the keys to figuring out the answer lies in the fact that his pumps outflow all other 255 lph pumps on the market. If this is true,we know that they must have one or more internal design differences. I hope we can all agree that Red can't possibly take a Walbro pump, disassemble it,modify it,and reassemble it.If we can all agree on this the only question is,how ,where and when do they get modified?
Ive haven't seen any tests anywhere in years that compared the pumps in question.

When you saw the data from the tests years ago, what did it show?

That it is outdated (13+ years) and not related to today's current design/production of pumps and that it did not flow any better than a pump with a modified or blocked bypass valve.
