For those of you out there who have removed your heat and ac what did you do with the heat and ac controls on the inside of the car? Can they be removed? Did you leave them in place or did you take them out and fabricate something to cover the opening?

You can leave them in or fabricate a block off plate. I put the alky controller, scanmaster, and electronic boost controller in that opening.

Great. I wasn't sure if had to stay in. Also, are those units worth anything? Is it worth saving or should I toss it. Everything works and it's in great condition. My car only has 55K on it.

The last racer I built had a block off plate with air/fuel, line lock indicator, oil, and coolant. Also the trigger for my fans.
