Riddle me this...

I am having some suttle vibrations from the tranny AREA.. This is only when I have it in neutral and rev it to about 2-2500.. Also after I drive it I am at a light and hear a noise similar to a couple pennies spinning in a dryer.. Car shifts fine, no other issues..

Initially I thought the ujoints were causing the vibs but with the noise I am a bit concerned...

First, inspect your torque converter dust cover. Make sure it's not loose or rubbing something. If that's fine, remove it and make sure that your three converter-to-flexplate bolts are tight.

If they are loose, put some red thread lock compound on them and retorque. If those bolts are tight, you may have something coming undone inside the torque converter.
