Right rear 275-60-15 MT Street Radial rubs

I got the GN running good enough to pull it out of the garage and put the other 10X 15 Gbody wheel and 275-60-15 MT Street Radial on.
The driver sides doesn't rub at all but the passenger side rubs all the time. I have the original rear shocks on the rear (135K).
Do you think new shocks will do the trick or will I need an air bag?

Where does it rub? Fender lip or frame?

It was the body bushings that fixed everything. Perfectly even now....
