Rocker arm buttons?

Hey, Ive got a quick question about the rocker arms in my engine. If you look into the DS valve cover breather, you can see the rocker arms. There are little orange caps that are on top of the rocker arm bolt. What color are the stock ones? Just wondering if my engine has been rebuilt.

Mine were orange

new they are white and they are orangish due to oil. I changed mine when I changed the springs.
And they were all browninsh orange
