If he wanted to find out for himself he would just cruise along the highway with his 200 4R in 3rd. What dont we understand?
Some people just post without reading the information provided. I tried to be as clear as possible. Go back and read.
-I am building a Camaro with a LC2 motor.
-The car is currently set up for T-350.
-I have the Trans cross member to convert to 200R4 if I want
-I have both transmissions and havn't built either one yet.
-The T-350 will be real stout with Rev Man V/B and Brake. It will have big 2nd gear sprag probably good to 700Hp.
-The 200R4 is going to be rebuilt with a Sonnax servo and apply plate and few other small tricks.
I plan to have both transmissions built and use both but I can only get one done at first and it's the next thing to be done in my project. The 200R4 will be the Street trans and the T-350 will be thrown in during race months and track outings.
The car is a 3200 Lbs car with full 10 point frame tied cage, Tubular suspension and Ford 9 inch rear with 3.50 gears and 28 inch E.T streets.
The motor is stock longblock, T-netics 66 turbo, 72lbs injectors, mease 65MM plenum and Accufab 65MM T-body, Large Mease 24 row SLIC, Accel Gen 7 DFI and converter will be Trans Specialties 3200 stall 9.5 inch.
Thanks guys for the help and personal experiences. I may build the 200 at first because it's more all purpose. I decided to switch from 383 to LC2 for the quiet exhaust and overdrive so I don't want to stray to far off of that. I can always start on the T-350 after the cars runs/drives
