Rumble/vibration from rebuilt trans

Just had the 200 and TC rebuilt. After reinstalling I can hear a rumble and feel/hear a vibration coming from the trans area. Was rebuilt by a recommended GN trans guy, I checked the mount, bolts, TC bolts, driveshaft, etc. I actually couldn't reproduce it up on stands but it is definitely there on the road. It happens on first through 3rd gear and the sound builds with the RPMs, drops on shift then proceeds to grow again. Only time I don't hear it is once I hit overdrive. Any suggestions ?
